Terms of Service Agreement
(Last Edited: 11/12/23)By contacting me for work you are hereby agreeing to the terms expressed below.PricingDisplayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.Payment- PayPal only.
- Do not send payment without the Artist confirmation; the Artist will send an invoice if commission is accepted.
- Payments $30 and under must be made up front in full within 48 hours before preliminary work begins (or late fees may apply).
- Payments above $30 will be split in half; one half must be made up front within 48 hours before preliminary work begins (or commission will be canceled and the Client will have to restart the process) and the other half must be paid off before receiving the finished product (72 hours after receiving the final proof or late fees may apply).
- Additional fee of 3% of the original price will be added per day late if no extensions are discussed.
- Additional fees will be added If PayPal payment bounces along with possibility of being blacklisted depending on circumstances.Commission Process- The Artist reserves the right to refuse the commission.
- The Artist will not discuss a commission with a client via public forum, instant messenger, or private note. Communications about commissions between the Client and the Artist will be made only through ([email protected]) to ensure all information and communications are consolidated in one location.
- All contact between the Artist and the Client must be kept confidential.
- The Artist does not take rush orders. All orders will be completed in 7 to 28 days.
- Clear and concise visual references of a commission idea must be provided by the client (additional descriptions optional).
- Work progresses from sketch, line art, flat color, additional details, and background. Watermarked full WIPs are given at the sketch, line art, and flat color phases.
- Additional watermarked partial WIPs given on request.
- Full revisions can be requested at sketch. Minor revisions can be requested at or before the line art phase. Revisions will not be made after final proof is sent.Final Work and Rights- The Artist retains all the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise.
- The Client may use any images produced for them for personal and non-profit, non-commercial uses only. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be any high resolution of the artwork.
- The Client may not have any work produced for them edited or revised by another artist under any circumstance.
- The Client may not use the artwork for anything involving NFTs/blockchain/cryptocurrency and/or artificial intelligence training.
- The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, blog, or journal.
- If the Client wants to keep the image private and not posted online or used by the artist, a privacy fee of 20% of the total cost of the commission will be applied. This does not give commercial rights to the image.
- The Artist cannot guarantee the safety of the artwork after it is delivered, and it is the Client’s responsibility to store any files sent to them.Refunds- If a commission is canceled, a refund will be given corresponding to the percentage of work that has not been done by the Artist.

- The Artist reserves the right to cancel commissions and make refunds if ill or no longer willing to complete the commission.All articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between the Client and the Artist.
